1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage. Wherever this policy says "cookies" it covers all such mechanisms.
2. Why we use them
To keep the site working (essential), to understand how Sprints are used at an aggregate level (analytics, with consent) and to measure whether our communications reach the right practitioners (marketing, with consent).
3. Categories
- Strictly necessary — security, session, consent record. Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics — aggregate usage. IP-anonymised. No cross-site tracking.
- Marketing — email attribution and content optimisation. Opt in only.
