How Echo uses cookies and similar storage under GDPR and the Swiss FADP. Granular consent with an auditable log.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We also use similar technologies such as local​Storage and session​Storage. Wherever this policy says "cookies" it covers all such mechanisms.

2. Why we use them

To keep the site working (essential), to understand how Sprints are used at an aggregate level (analytics, with consent) and to measure whether our communications reach the right practitioners (marketing, with consent).

5. Third parties

Echo does not load advertising cookies. We use a privacy-first analytics provider when you have consented to Analytics. Details on request.

6. Manage consent

You can change your choice at any time using the "Manage cookies" button in the cookie banner, or by emailing privacy@bioquantiq.ch.

7. How long

Durations are listed in the table above. When you withdraw consent, we stop processing within 48 hours and purge identifiers at the next daily retention run.
