These Terms govern your use of the Echo website. By using the site you agree to them. The Echo product itself is provided to organisations under a separate written agreement.

1. Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful, informational purposes. You may not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or access it other than through the interface we provide.

2. Intellectual property

Echo, the Echo and BioQuant IQ names, logos, copy, designs and the underlying methodology are owned by BioQuant IQ GmbH and protected by law. Nothing here grants you a licence to them.

3. No warranty

The site and its content are provided “as is” for general information. Figures shown on the site that are marked illustrative are examples, not commitments or guarantees of outcome.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BioQuant IQ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and the courts of Basel-Landschaft (Allschwil) have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
